- Set aside some time to be still.

- Netflix & chill (snacks too ;-)).
- Get some zzz’s. A good night’s sleep is essential to your wellbeing.
- Nourish you body with your favourite delicious healthy foods.
- Pick up your favourite book, light your favourite candle, & relax.
- Get some fresh air. Nature is a fantastic remedy for stress.
